10 Shots/Define a Space
The space in and surrounding the Piano practice rooms on the 4th floor of the North Building inspires me. The pianos themselves, especially the baby grands, have a sort of appealing visual aesthetic. The contrast between the black paint and the white keys stands out. Also, there is something sort of poetic about how the pianos lie in sound proof rooms, with all white walls; there is almost a lonely quality that intrigues me about the venue where aspiring musicians may compose and express themselves.

2. medium dutch angle shot looking into a corner with a piano bench
3. low angle looking up at the bottom of the piano
4. extreme close up of the keys (black and white)
5. close up/elongated shot of the piano strings
6. overhead shot of the hammers in the piano body
7. shot of performer's shoes stepping on piano peddles
8. long shot of piano through glass door
9. zoom/pan of hallway (with a skateboard)
10. tilt down shot (from roof to side of piano)
